Not to hijack the thread but got my Eibach full kit installed two days ago. Very happy with the result! Decided on the second notch (3.5") on the front with the 1" taller rear springs. Sitting now with about an inch of rake.
Measurements:
Df 39.6 (Ground to fen) 23.5 (Center of hub to fen)
Dr 40.6 (Ground) 24.1 (Hub)
Pf 39.6 (Ground) 23.25 (Hub)
Pr 41 (Ground) 24.25 (Hub)

Thanks to Nick@gotexhaust for the leveling kit and custom auto online for the wheels and tires.c00330d4f075a6c9515822bdfebfb924.jpg

Mine is a 2011 so they would be similar.
Any weird vibrations in 4x4 especially in reverse?

This is the second clip. I only received 2.7” of lift there but I think my truck already sat higher than other trucks by about an inch. I’m at the second clip plus a 1/2” lift top spacer over the strut. So my measured lift is 3”. Hub center to fender is 23.75”

Thanks crazykid.
Those angles are not too bad.
I'm on the first ring and only achieved about 2". I'm thinking of bumping it up, if theres no problems with binding etc.

My stock hub center to fend is 22 on front and 24 back. I guess the 19 classic must sit higher stock than older 4th gen models. I’m hoping to get hub center to fender at around 24.5 after kit install and 25 in rear

You’ll want to do a 4” lift kit most likely. It’ll be more in your favor vs maxing out the stock suspension. I think my stock hub to fender was 21”

You can go up to the third clip according to eibach. I wouldn’t go to high though because you lose down travel and yea mine was the same. 2” on the first clip

I haven't noticed anything, tried full lock backing out of and into parking parking spaces today in 4hi with no issues. I really like the feel of the Eibach's and after seeing the CV angles I was glad I chose the second notch.

Driving in 4hi on pavement can cause issues in a part time 4wd truck. If you have 4 auto than that is a different circumstance due to the transfer case being able to slip
