I have a 13 QC hemi 4x4 and I'm looking into doing the v6 electric fan swap but my truck is black and it gets hot so I don't wanna do the swap if its going to effect the a/c at all

Shouldn't affect A/C performance because when the compressor engages the fan should also be engaging. I think stock temp is 210-215? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I was more questioning if the electric fan would pull enough air

Efan will pull enough air, so you are good to go there. Also, the stock tstat is rated at 205*. It is normal to see 208-212* on a warm day though.
