Electric power steering

I have a 2014 ram with EPS, I bought it 2 months ago and now that it's getting Below zero the steering is getting sluggish anybody have any suggestions

How old is the trucks battery? What's the voltage while the truck is running? Check the main electrical connections also, there's a good sized fuse right off the battery just for the steering rack.
