2004 Ram 2500 4x4 - just over 275,000 when I turned it in last week, no idea of the hours.
2018 Power Wagon - just over 4000 miles, and counting.

Mine is 34,193 miles and 1191 total engine hours. Which comes out to around 28.7. Mine is way off compared to most of you. Most are in the 30`s plus.
I read that above 35 is good. Is that right?

Higher numbers just means you do more highway driving and/or minimal idling. My moving average is over 50mph/80kph, but I idle a lot in the winter with cold temps so my overall is brought down a lot as a result.

I usually run conventional penzoil 5w20 in the summer and switch to 5w20 synthetic in the winter months for better cold start priming. Mix of mobil1,lucas,castrol as those are the ones I usually get the best price on. Royal purple last winter. May switch to a 5W30 synthetic in the summer and a 0W20 for winter from now on though.

Some of you guys have crazy low hours per overall miles. Here's mine at just under 19K miles. When I purchased the truck in April 2018, it had 12K miles on it and maybe 100 less drive hours:

^ One good thing for me... In the past ~4months and 7K miles, I only put about 2 additional idle hours on my truck. All I can figure is the previous owner who bought my truck new and owned it for 9 months and 12K miles, idled and short tripped it quite a bit given it had 147 idle hours and 547 run time hours with 12K miles on it.

Looks like I have a really high mile per engine hour average at 41 miles per total engine hours. Doesn't change the fact that the resale on my truck is painfull. be curious to see how i stack up against @VernDiesel
