Engine oil viscosity & mileage?

Through the years of owning several vehicles, I've always used Mobil 1 synthetic engine oil. On my vehicles with mileage under 100K I've used 5W-20 and typically anything with 100K+ I've used 10w-30

Now, with Hemi V8 5.7 engines with 130K+ miles, would you still use the 5w-20 as stated on the oil cap on the engine or jump to the 10w-30 or higher?

Your thought would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't use the 20wt oil brand new !
My first oil change on my new hemi was 5w-30 .
