There could be many sources that could create a noise that could be interpreted as a scream.

One of the more common is a loose serpentine belt resulting in slippage. Inspect the condition for cracks and check the tension on the belt.

Other than that, post a video with your scream sound and we might have a better idea.

It's coming from the Ford next to you that you are racing! If you listen closely it says "I wanna hemi"!

All 5th gens have e-fans. And 4th gens for quite a few years (my 2015 had one).

Mine has a weird whistle in the upper rpm area at times under full throttle, pretty sure someone I raced before thought I had a turbo lol. Love gapping cars that think they are fast with a crew cab truck. Fun times. 3.92’s for the win.

Did one of your friends put a noise maker on it. Lol. That fake turbo wizzing thingy. Like zip ties on the drive shaft. Or belt issue & power steering making noise.

In the Gen4 trucks both V-6s uses an E-fan for primary cooling, the Hemi uses a typical clutch fan. There was an E-fan also but it was primarily for the AC.

Careful... mine hit some kinda limiter at 104mph

I think mine is 108, the whistle however happens at high rpm regardless of being topped out
