Error message on both Android and window version

So I have a 2015 Ram 2500 with the two-wheel drive and the 5.7 Hemi I have both Android and Windows I try to connect to the transmission module I keep getting this error message I wondering if anyone have experience it and found the solution to address this issue if you want to ask me more about my truck please ask me and I will get back with you as soon as possible
