Hoping you guys might have some insight on this one. Went out 2 days ago to head to work and the truck was dead, only got a click. Had to jump it to get it going. Once started the evic was completely blank, according to the dealership this is normal on these trucks with a low battery. Ended up replacing both batteries. After getting them replaced the evic came back on, however the vehicle information tab has no options anymore. Its stuck on my tire psi, I can no longer scroll over to any of the other options. I pulled the negative cables to try and maybe reset everything but still have nothing. I hoping I dont have to take this in. Dang dealership wants a fortune to look at this. Any ideas as to what this may be? Truck is a 2014 2500 cummins

From reading some of the post in the AlphaOBD and RAS/RAQ upgrade threads that it can take a little bit of time and/or key cycles for components to "read" the BMS infromation. Since it sounds like it's just part of the EVIC acting up, give it a day and some driving around?? I'm guessing the analog gauges work?

Crash68 I appreciate the information. Everything works fine, just that one tab on the evic that normally has the temperature read out, turbo psi etc does not work. I will try and drive it going into the weekend and see what happens. Hoping is something simple like this.

If it were my truck, I would remove both cables from both batteries and zip tie the negative and positive cable ends together for a while then reattach them correctly and see if this resets things. This procedure has been known to work on these trucks.
