There were some delamination issues with Limited trim in 2019s. As far as I know FCA recognized them and has taken care of them.

But at the same time as you say, "fast forward to 2025," it's unclear when you started to have this issue and why it's being addressed now. You say you've mentioned it to the service provider on previous visits, then why wasn't resolution attempted before?

You say Ram said it would be 100% covered, then they declined. Why? If they had a reason...and I'm sure they did...you've failed to mention it.

If this is a legit situation I feel sorry for you, but something tells me not all of the facts have been made available to the forum. If this is just another anonymous anti-Ram rant, I hope you've gotten the satisfaction you were seeking.

Regards,
Dusty

Hilarious
And I quote:
"awakening after having come to a complete stop in the middle of their 1 acre front lawn after annihilating all of their bushes (which I immediately informed them of and paid them for any and all damages"
So after being incapacitated he somehow drove around a 1 acre lawn and managed to destroy every single bush. The Ram must have gone into Roomba MODE
You gotta love a good fractured fairy tale.

Ohh and 3 Vipers.....ahuh

'Cause I can't afford no Goldwing Tricycle!
Ahem, that there is not a new Wing. Just FTR 2006 bike/frame, with 2015 Cobra Razor kit. Bought used, traded my Harley for the Honda.

Now, affordability: DFW Honda has new Honda Trikes, 2026: 56K and up, ahem, me needs to win big a z z Lottery to do that, lol.
Unless U wanna do a Gofund BOIRD fer new trike, hee hee.

It'd be a fascinating thing to see a Japanese company that's not Nissan take a bite at the HD truck concept. Nissan is...well, Nissan. They kind of gave up on innovation and anything cool to murder their reputation with JATCO transmissions. The company that built the Z, the body on frame Pathfinder, the Xterra...now a car for rental fleets and 23.9% auto loan consumers.
Wat about that Big Nissan HD they put the Cummins in??? lol.

Well I am not going to turn negative about your post, but I would highly recommend that you contact the USDOT NHTB (I think that’s the acronym for the national safety board) and report this. If you aren’t the only RAM Limited owner who is experiencing this issue all the combined voices might force the government to issue a recall and force RAM to fix this.

I would also add that I do think this kind of an issue is very serious. The fumes from the glue could possibly cause an adverse effect and I’m not a scientist or a doctor or any type of an engineer who would know about that. What I do know is you need to take such issues seriously.

One and done poster that just signed up so he could rant. Whatever you shared in your prewritten essay that I didn't read, I'm sure it sucks but these types of post are so g@y, not interested.
Why would you have such a negative opinion of a fellow ram owner with a problem telling his story? Did you ever think that before this dash board problem he never had a need to post anything because there were no issues he could not solve on his own? There was a time that your 1st posting appeared here , how would you like it if someone put you down for that 1st post? Just try to help a guy out!

This isn't my first rodeo with people like this. It happens all the time.

--inhale-- People come here with legitimate problems, looking for solutions from others in the community, and that's what it's here for. If you scroll way back on my page, that's how I started out, and there's nothing wrong with that. But there is a BIG difference between coming with a genuine question and looking for assistance towards a solution, and a one hit wonder (notice how he never came back) coming with a rant filled essay, full of blatant untruths, and that essay doesn't even have a "what should I do next?" question at the end. He wasn't here for help, he was here for pitty points. --roll credits--

I will suggest that noxious fumes inside the cab are probably exhaust fumes from a defective exhaust system. While it's possible the leather laminate adhesive may indeed break down under heat (I live in Phoenix, and I know it does happen), I've never heard complaints of noxious fumes coming from that source.

I suggest that you sell all your Vipers, Dodges, Chryslers, Jeeps, or other Stellantis brand vehicles. Once you’ve completed that task come back here and post all the sales paperwork for them, then maybe we can take you seriously. By the way, they already got your money. They won’t miss you.

Dodge replaced my disintegrating Dodge dashboard on my 2019 Laramie Longhorn. The dealer even took pictures. It lasted until just past the warranty and is doing it again. I see where other's indicate other manufactures have had the issue. But for me, only my Dodge Rams have had the disintegrating dashboard option. None of my Hondas, not my 'vette (all with leather). None of them. Though to be fair my 2001 Ram had the plastic dashboard. It didn't bubble up. It fractured and eventually fell in.

It seems to me that the OP actually knows the solution to his problem…and doesn’ t realize it.

He’s had a long history of success-stories wi th Dodge/Ram/Chrysler/etc……. but his most recent purchase has difficulty with an upholstery issue…. NOT a mechanical/electrical/suspension/or reliability problem…. but a relatively minor (if unattractive) interior/upholstery problem.

Simple solution: If Ram won’t fix it….fight that issue with Ram….but never buy another Leather interior in that next Dodge/RAM/Chrysler line-up which otherwise has been So Reliable.

Problem solved.
