my front bearing has gone bad and has worn my front knuckle. do I have to replace the whole knuckle or can it be machined and a larger bearing be put in? Having trouble getting rotor off. any help appreciated.

How do you know there’s damage to the knuckle if the old hub and bearing isn’t out yet?

If there is damage to the knuckle, you’ll have to replace it.

For those that need more of the same answer what Tach_Tech said is correct and makes sense. Not to hard of an install but make sure you have the right tools.

And make sure you clean the knuckle up and apply copper neverseize to it, also apply it to theface of the new hub before you put the rotor back on.
