My front brakes were pulsing , I installed new pads and rotors and they are still pulsing ?

Believe it or not off the shelf rotors can be warped depends on how long they were sitting and how they were sitting. I typically have the OEM rotors turned if there is enough meat left. Just a better product and cheaper Unless your jumping up to some cross drilled and slotted performance rotors then the oem are just cheaper

What brand did you use?

Cheap brands are not worth the hassle especially for brakes.

I'd take it into the dealer. They should cover a resurfacing under the base warranty.

I would imagine so. We do it all the time at the dealership I work for (not Ram). Plenty of trucks with larger than factory wheels/tires.

I'd check the rear's first. I had the same issue and then ended up changing the rears and no issues now...
