I have a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 and my front axles have a lot of play moving but it’s the stub shaft bearings and seal that went out, and I was wondering what bearings and seal to order and how do I go about changing them

My truck has independed front axles , it’s the shaft the axles connects toI'm not sure what stub shaft bearing and seal your referring to. Can you give a better description? Are you referring to one of the axle shafts that connect to the wheel hub?
It’s the shaft the axle connects to, in the diagram it’s the bearing inside the diff around the axle shaft coming out of then diff, it’s not a wheel bearing it’s a bearing inside the diff on the axle shaftOk, so there is your left and right axle shafts connecting from your differential to your wheel hubs, and then of course your drive shaft connecting to the differential.
I believe your probably talking about your axle shaft to "wheel hub bearing". Does that sound right?
Does it look something like this? (Hopefully the diagram will show up for you)

In this diagram you have your axle shaft #3, connecting to your wheel hub bearing #5. The wheel hub bearings do sometimes go bad. Usually with a bad grinding sound.
If this is what you are referring to, Then I can help you finding the right part.
