Front power windows not working

Any help here?
My drivers window is open an inch and won’t go up or down. I can’t control the passenger window either but I can do the back windows.

Tested the connection. Still won’t work. I think it’s just one large relay for all the windows so the fact that the rear windows and the side mirrors still work means it’s a bad switch?

Will your passenger side window roll down with the passenger side switch? In any case you could check for possible DTC codes with the Alfa tool just to see if anything comes up but I would be leaning towards the switch or the door control module being the issue. The switch isn't expensive. Make sure when you buy it you don't get one of those cheap Chinese knockoffs. I recommend contacting Benny at Allmoparparts.com in the vendor section of the forum to order the new switch and if you chose eBay or Amazon make sure it's an OEM switch.

That’s for the reply. Yes the passenger switch has been fully functional.
This morning the master switch is working fine again so at least the window is closed again.

Good to know. Obviously different than my problem of not working up or down but now that it’s magically working again I did that reset anyways. Couldn’t hurt

I disassemble these master switches all the time and I mean fully disassemble them. I clean them with electrical contact cleaner and compressed air to make them fully functional again. Give it a shot. You may be able to keep it working for a long time.
