I have an ‘07 with the crank, no start problem. Tomorrow I’m going to drop the tank to see if I have power at the pump and possibly replace the pump.
Can someone tell me which wire is the 12 volt supply wire and which wire is the ground wire at the plug.
Also are any special tools needed for the pump replacement. I want to have all the tools before I start the project because I’m having to drive about 30 minutes to get from home to the truck.
This again is an ‘07 model that doesn’t use a fuse or relay. It is part of the TIPM.

You should be able to hear the fuel pump when you turn on the ignition.

Did you check the fuel filter? I read an article and her for my mechanic that it might have been an issue on a couple of his recent repairs, that people who filled up during the recent gas craziness could have pulled some Gunk into their vehicles because tanks were emptied out and gas dealers. Don't know how accurate all this is, but sharing it in case it helps you avoid a lot of extra work. Good luck.

All is well now. I lowered the tank and figured what wire was the positive and the negative and tested with my test light and found power, so I changed the pump and now I’m driving again.
No special tools needed. Not a bad job. I put the rear wheels on some ramps and removed the driveshaft and had plenty of room to work and then drug the tank out from under the truck to remove and replace the pump.
