I have factory 68053299ad lsd on order and i already have some factory 3.92 gears. What bearing kit am i going to need to have this installed?

honestly i just had mine installed (literally over the long weekend) and the guy that did them ordered them for me. It was a kit. It cost under $200. Thats all i can tell you. if you absolutely need the info i can send you the number and you can call him.

What did you have installed and how much was it, with labor?

I went from 3.55 open differential to new 3.90 gears and new LSD. ZF differential 2011+models. that's basically a complete swap and a rebuild. the prices were competitive......less than $1600.

So you can't just swap the gears you have to get differentials?

Use search. Also its differential. Singular. I swapped the guts of my rear diff. Thats the carrier and ring and pinion.

If you have the stock LSD then no you don't have to "swap" the differential. But if you have an open dif(no LSD) then a gear change would be a good time to add one.
