Got 2 more pieces to the puzzle ordered today.

First is a 250 amp DC Power alternator. They don't offer the billet case for the 5.7 but at least they have a polished option.


And that needed something to feed so I ordered an XS Power D4800 AGM battery.

Those 2 plus the Big 3 mod should have no problem feeding those big Mosconi amps.

I'm curious as to how it all turns out myself. The 2 places I'm talking to about doing the install are both saying 2-4 weeks to complete it. It's gonna be very labor intensive...and at 60 bucks an hour I'm starting to worry. I'm hoping to get one of them to agree to a flat rate instead of hourly.

It's a pretty straightforward install...very little truly custom fab work.
I think we can hammer out a flat rate on the majority of it.
I'll got hourly on the small amount of fiberglass work and sound deadening.
I'm gonna try to work a budget of $4000 for all of it.

What's your plan for this truck? Show toy? Or are you going to race it? You definitely have some good performance mods done also.

It's just a weekend toy for my own amusement.
I'll run it at the track but I have no desire to keep it light...it'll run what it runs. I wanna do some road course stuff too...that looks fun. I may try some SQ audio competitions if I see some close and of course the occasional car show.
