Got my annual state inspection done today

So got my state inspection, oil change and tire rotation done today on my 2018 2500. My original Firestone tires were all at 11/32 and front brakes were at 12/32 and rears were at 11/32. Truck has 15,090 miles on it

I was wondering what they were new. Part of the reason i posted this. Cost was $138 for everything at a local Ram dealer. $90 oil change, $18 tire rotation, $25 inspection

What state ref inspection? Not one of those finance the Union states is it, lol???
