grinding noise from acceleration from dead stop

I have a 2003 Ram 1500 with a 5.7L in it. I've recently noticed a grinding noise when accelerating from a dead stop. Can't tell exactly where it is coming from but I think it could be coming from the transfer case or the differential. If anyone has had this problem or knows anything it would be great to hear, Thanks.

U joints would be the first thing I checked... then wheel bearings... then diff gears/ bearings.

But it could be several other bearings too.
