I'm wanting to buy headers for my ram soon. Does anyone know which long tube headers bolt up to Magna flows without a lot of fabricating?

The closest you will find to a bolt on would be a kit that includes headers, cats, and y pipe. Something like this from dynatech.

Dynatech 5.7L Hemi 07-08 Dodge Ram 2/4wd Complete Header System Dynatech 5.7L Hemi 07-08 Dodge Ram 2/4wd Complete Header System, Dynatech 124-843380 Header Kit [Dynatech 124-843380 Header Kit] - $1,369.19 : 3rd Strike Performance!!, Mopar, GM and For

Also, are you close to the ocean or run the beach much, I would definitely go with stainless headers, otherwise you will be lucky to get 3 years out of other headers.

no there are no emission inspections in the county i am moving to. So if I buy a header kit with the headers, cats and y-pipe, will i have to get a new exhaust or can i work off of the existing magna flows?

Look into the ceramic coated pacesetter longtubes and their Off-Road-Y pipe.... Although you have a 4x4 and I have heard routing the ORY is difficult with a 4x4 setup.
