Tips on getting the moisture out of headlights without removing the assembly? I fixed the problem but the moisture is still in there from before it was fixed. Or will the Florida heat eventually dry it out on its own?

Without removing it, turn lights on and activate high beams for an hour or so.

If you decide to take it out of the truck, put it in the oven or put it in a big trash back with some damp rid in the bottom of the bag. Keep the headlight from touching the damp rid. Tie the bag up and it should take care of it overnight.

OR, you know those little bags that come in beef jerky? Desiccant material, you can tape one of those inside the headlight assembly. Then take it out after a few days.

Check that your bulb is secure, check the seal on the bulb to make sure it's still good. I had lamp fogging from hell and couldn't find where until I happened to inspect the bulb seal and it was no good (all dried up and cracked) and didn't fully lock snug in the housing.

It was the area I had to cut out for my hids. Yesterday went back in and hot glued both side to seal the hole to the gasket. Now just have to wait for the stinking moisture to evaporate fingers crossed.
