Headlight issue

Hey guys, I have a 2012 1500 SLT 5.7.. I'm having an issue where my lights sort of pulsate. It's not bad but enough to annoy me lol. Its there all the time when the trucks running. Doesn't happen while not running. Happens with halogens and leds. Ran a load tester on battery and alternator both seem fine. Checked all connections for corrosion seems fine. Any ideas?

I have had a couple other after market headlights for my 2001 Ram.
That I just hated the light pattern on. These look great on my truck, and paired with some LED bulbs I bought on Amazon.

2012 tradesman edition with the reflector beam H13 bulb. Hi/Low combo

Several inexpensive LED bulbs are available on Amazon. Beamtech, Lightening Dark, and Techmax all have good reviews as far as beam pattern and brightness and cost is comparable to High end Halogen.

Does anyone have experience with these bulbs in a 2012? My main concern is flicker.
