I purchased a 2025 Ram Limited 1500 in Sept 2024. It has been in the shop for 106 total days and I'm still having issues. The main issue is the Heads-Up display blinking on and off and then showing a rectangle around it with parallel diagonal lines running through it. It will stay on for a few trips and then start to blink and shut off, then on, then off. On 4 different occasions, after the Heads-up display blinked the Check Engine light came on and stayed on. On one occasion several different warning lights turned on for several miles and then off, only to have a different one show up the next day. I have taken it into the dealership and they have replaced a Dual Battery Module as well as a Battery Monitor. The check engine light came on again today for three trips of 30 miles and now it's off. Any help would be appreciated!

I would think it's either the dash cluster or the heads-up display projector that's plugged into the cluster. It's a '25, so maybe I'm wrong?

Battery module ?

I was just notified that there are updates for my 25 Ram 1500. I sent a message asking when I can bring my truck in so they can run the updates?

Thank you for responses. I personally have not read the codes, but obviously the shop has. Last night I did notice that when the automatic shutoff on/off when stopping a a stop light, the battery voltage gradually decreases from ~14.4 to 11.8 and then the truck restarts. The last time the check engine light came on it was right as I let off the brake when the truck was off. I'm wondering if the batter voltage was too low and set off a code. Could it possibly be that the batter is weak?

I am fully aware of the Lemon Law qualifications. However, I really like the truck, other than the electronic glitch. I'd rather skip all the drama, wait and paper work by implementing the Lemon Law and have the dealership fix it correctly.
A new discover this weekend was that if the truck has been sitting overnight, the Heads Up display starts blinking within the first 2-5 miles. Then, if the truck is turned off and turned back on and driven again that day, the heads up display is fine.

As an electronics nerd that sounds like there are bad capacitors somewhere.

Thanks, Riccochet. I'll mention that to them.
They're not going to go hunting down capacitors. Most likely a module is failing, but not in a way that they are going to see via OBD.

Good luck with the parts chuckers. Hopefully they eventually chuck the right part at it.

I would see if the plug from the heads up display is loose. It probably is unknown codes intermittently to the computer causing the other warnings.

Thanks again. Because the check engine light is not on and it's only the Heads up display that's an issue, I'm going to wait until the oil needs changed to have them look it over.
