It continues to start, yes. I've not gotten any feedback on my questions regarding the relays in the fuse box.

Continued starting again today, all day.

the blades have little burn/arc marks on them.

I know I said I was done here, but! Hey D33K, where'd you get those fog lights that fit into the wide section of the bumper slot? Very nice, are they aftermarket?

Yeah they are pilot driving lights, I put them in, there are some hella ones that fit there as well I believe.

Unfortunately, it failed to start again last evening. I turned it off, opended the hood and relay/fuse box lid and re-seated all of the fuses and relays. Most of them didn't seem to move much. I closed it back up, and it started.

Now that you know where it's time to find out which one. Next time it does this try pushing one at a time and start in between each relay.

Have we tried disconnecting the battery? Then trying to start after you reconnect the battery.

Dig deeper into the PDC and check for burnt/loose connections.

Do one at a time to isolate the problem.

Can I get to the TIPM without special tools? I know it's in the bottom half of the fuse box.

I'm not sure. The one I would go look at is getting a new frame and front driveshaft.
Start slow and be careful. The normal torx maybe.

Not yet. It's the same story at any Dodge dealer. If it doesn't exhibit the symptom for them they want look at it. Its intermittent, So we'll just drive it till it fails, I guess. I don't know that I have any other course of action I could take.
