When I bought my used 2011 Ram, I had to replace the headlight assembly as the lenses were cracked and water had leaked into them. But I also added the flares which also improved the look a ton in my opinion. I wished I could have actually seen my new lenses in person and also had been able to to view the performance of the new assemblies before buying them. The new lights greatly improved my low beams when I put in brighter bulbs; however, I'm not fully satisfied with the high beams with my lights. The low beam bulbs shut off when the high beams are turned on. This causes a loss of good up close lighting. The lights would be so much better if when the high beams are on the low beams also stayed on.
If you have a projector lenses now, I suggest contacting the folks at Headlight Revolution and replacing the bulbs. I was trying to upgrade to projectors and the light assemblies I now have, have a total of 4 projectors. But the driver's side (left side) has the same projection pattern as the passenger side (right side). The left side also has a tilt the the pattern instead of being truly horizontal flat like on the right side. If you going to get to new assemblies, try to find ones that allow not only up and down adjustments, but also side to side adjustments. Mine don't. Also try to see if the low beams will stay lit when the high beams are turned on. This will really help with the lighting up the road.
Included some before and after shots of the lights and fenders. I had polished up the original lights with a 3M kit that greatly improved the looks and performance of the light but after the first rain, I realized water was getting into them and passenger side was really bad with water in it. The bottom (last pic) shows the new lights and fender flares.

Id get a VIN off any Laramie, new they are like $350 at any parts dealer, then have em painted, maybe $250?any of you guys know what I should expect to pay{ball-park} for fender flares-color matched in Canada
What headlights are those? They look great!
These lights light the road really well when on low beam; however, on my 2011 truck when I put the high beams on, the low beams turn off - thus losing the light output of the low beams. If both the low and high beams would light up while on high beams, I would be very very happy.
Where does one get the AlfaOBD? Is that the same thing as some of the tech readers I've seen Harbor Freight offer for sale? With your truck originally having the dual style lights is what causes the lows to drop out when the highs turn on.
Look into using AlfaOBD to change your headlight type to the Quad type, this will keep the Lows on with the High beams.
AlfaOBD is not sold at Harbor Freight. Read through the first post on the thread for AlfaOBD for just about everything you need to know: https://www.ramforum.com/threads/alfaobd.123982/Where does one get the AlfaOBD? Little update. So to my surprise fenders came with both long and short pieces for the front fender. I will see how the long ones look in real life but in pics I'm not really liking it. Install on Saturday
