Help needed with Spyder headlights!

Is there anybody that knows WTF to do, to get these hooked up, using the relay harness, and the 3 way harness that they came with???

Passages side:
I have one end of the relay, plugged into the ballast, the resistor is plugged into the oem turn signal harness, the 2 connections from the low beam also are connected to the ballast. Easy enough. Problem is I have another connector, coming from the low beam, that I do not know where it goes, as in what it connects to??? Also the 3 way harness from spyder ....not sure what those connect to??? Has anyone delt with these lights?

You got some pics, model and other info you can add? It sounds like you are running an hid kit as well with a relay.

I have 2016 Ram Express with factory quad headlights.

They sent the relay harness, 2 3-way harness and 1 resistor, the drivers side resistor is wired into the relay harness.

So on the non battery side, the relay has a power connector to the ballast and ground...both connect easy enough. The bullet connectors to the low beams are simple enough to connect. But there is another connection coming from the bottom of the low beam that I do not know where to connect. In the picture I'm holding that connector. I'm also not sure where the resistor connects to and to top it off and make it more confusing, there is a connection from both the low and high beam, red and black from the high beam, and blue and black from the low beam...not sure where they go either.

Sorry, but I think anything I have to offer would be a guess at this point. I would suggest you contact the seller. The video at the bottom of the page only seems helpful for CCFL install.

Your relay harness needs to plug into your oem stuff in order to know when to turn the ballasts on. Whats in your hand looks like it wants to plug into a ballast.
