how do i remove my shift knob from my steering column? i wanna put the 98 and up model with the overdrive button on it in my truck.

I don't think it's removable on the early Gen2 trucks.

so id prolly need to swap the whole steering column?

Yeah, sounds easier anyway...then get ya a OD switch delete panel to for the bezel mounted switch.

no i wanna put the seat heater buttons there and yea ill prolly do that cause i need a new steering column anyway lol
