Hemi headache

I have a 07 hemi 5.7 in my ram 1500 and I can't get it to run right. I put a new piston a new valve new crank sensor new plugs 2 new coil packs and a new intake gasket and it still runs like junk. My codes keep say multiple cylinder mis fire and coolant sensor errors. Any I dead? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Firing order mixup?

Why did you need to replace one piston and one valve?

A bad cam lobe would be my guess.
