Hey guys getting ready to purchase a set of HIDs high and low and fogs for my 2011 1500 if I get the Mopar SPEC relay will I be cutting wires or is this plug-and-play? And I am debating between 5K and 6K if you have pics of 5K and pics of 6K could you post them up thanks!

I have switchbacks installed and I'm getting a lightbar on the front so I Kinda want everything the same light. But if 6K will be brighter then should I go with it because of everyday driving????

HID kits should all be plug n play.

5K and 6K are not a huge difference, but 6K will have more blue in the output. Where as 5K will be pretty close to all white and will shine more usable light.

No cutting as far as I know. 5000k will have more lumen output than 6000k of the same bulb. But if you want it all to match try to figure out the Kelvin on the bar. Won't be able to change that. JJ won't steer you wrong.

6000K will match your lightbar, they're also crazy bright, I have them. Go with Canbus adaptors, trust me you'll save yourself an hour. Harness's aren't fun to work with!

I'm not sure what switchbacks are, but my truck is 6000k all around, light bar and pods included.

Yeah, 6K should match most LEDs

Of course my light bar is pretty close to matching my 5K HIDs
