Hello, picked up another Ran for cheap lol
2009 1500 4x4 sport

Its having vibration issue when I’m on the highway. Doing 100 + km 62 mph +

I bought it knowing about the vibration and suspension Needed to replace

The steering wheel doesn’t shake at all
But the vibration feels like it’s coming from my seat and it’s not a mild vibration it’s pretty aggressive where everything inside my truck shakes

Truck has full new suspension front and back

The tires on the truck where shot so I swapped out my rims and tires off my old truck since they were like new

Sounds like an out of balance tire. I'd swap tires front to rear and see if you feel it in the steering wheel. If so, one of your rear-then-front tires is out of balance.

Rear suspension, not much that can go wrong there**. Front is more complicated, but you should be able to feel it in the wheel if it was up there.

**Unless you were the guy I saw doing 80 on the interstate with his right rear tire bouncing a full inch off the ground several times a second because his shocks were toast.

Added: just because your tires are new-ish doesn't mean they are balanced. Mine were still at 50-60% last fall when one of mine came out of balance and had to have weight moved/added.

Yeah pretty sure it’s the tires
Took my tires off and they balanced them with beads still in them

Check the cv axels too. My ‘14 and my father in law’s ‘18 were rough on the highway at the same speeds. Replaced those axels, and all is well. Course it took new tires, and multiple balances to get to that point…

I replaced them when I did the front suspension. Maybe faulty one. Might have to go with a better quality. Just had tires rebalanced and double checked the alignment
Vibration is a lot better now but still does it at bad only at 110km

To me it feels more then just the tires I thought it was ujoints but there is no play in them

I'm trying to follow up on these threads as I had a similar issue for several years and searched the internet for any solution possible.

This month I finally decided to do the Core 4x4 upper and lower rear control arms cause it was the last thing I needed to do to beef up the rear end.

Well I installed them 2 weekends ago... Vibration gone and this is with the craptastic OEM Goodyear tires on there. I have a few pics that I will post up of the OEM control arm bushing that were shot!!

Only 56k miles. I bought it used back in 2020 with 40k miles so no history of it before that.
