longer shocks and coils will most likely be your main parts to look for. I have currently not heard any news about 8" lifts for 4th gens, but I do believe that one member, Captain Mcgillycutty I think is his name, got a custom 8" top gun lift for his power wagon so maybe shoot him a message

8in is standard for TGC they adjust their 8in to 10in all the time. Id like to know what you have now before saying what you need.

If you have 6" coils up front, then you can either add a 2" spacer or replace them with 8" coils. Then you need to address the control arms. If you have short arms now, then this would be the time to upgrade to long arms as the short arms are going to seriously limit the amount of travel you have and are going to have your wheels sitting farther back in the wheel well potentially causing rubbing issues. Next up is the rear. If you have a 4" block now, then you are going to need to either get an add-a-leaf or replace the block with a set of progressive leafs. I am not a fan of the 5-6" blocks that some companies are using. That is just asking for trouble. Then you are going to need 2" longer shocks all the way around. And finally, you will more than likely need a transfer case indexing ring. Being honest, in the end, you are better off just selling your kit, and buying a quality 8" kit.
