At 45K on my 2017. I mostly do highway driving so based on what I see I will probably get to 60K. On my old 2001 2nd gen 3/4 ton Cummins those huge rear drums still had the original shoes on it with a lot left when I sold it with 225K miles!

I did my first brake job on my 2014 1500 at 138,000 miles. Little or no wear on the rotors. This truck has towed a 26' RV for over 8,000 miles, plus another thousand miles pulling U-Haul trailers carrying cars or their 12' covered trailer heavily loaded. I used higher end vented ceramic pads on all four corners. Going downhill I don't ride the brakes. I try to use the transmission and engine compression whenever possible to keep the brake heat down. There were a lot of miles between Pahrump and Las Vegas where the hills get steep.

You guys are getting some good brake life. I'll probably just run mine till the indicators squeal. Planning to replace the rotors anyway so not much incentive to do anything preventive.

2012 1500 Bighorn 5.7l mostly highway driving, no towing. Rear brakes and roaters were changed out around 74k and front brakes and roaters were changed out at 79k. Truck was running factory pads.

My 2014 Ram had 90k before I did mine. I used to drive big trucks and was use to slowing via engine braking and slowing sooner. I drive 80 miles round trip mixed miles too, half highway and half city daily.

I have a 2011 regular cab Ram with 105,000 miles on it . Replaced front pads at 88,000 miles as they were squeeling rotors are original. They were still good just had a lot of brake dust in space between pads. Could have cleaned them up but already bought new Wagner oex pads. Just rotated tires this week and all pads look good even the rear with 105,000 miles on them. I also tow a small camper and boat in the summer. Great truck only repair was a rear wheel speed senser in years of use. This i my 3rd Ram.

Almost 2 years and 48K on my 2017 Ram 1500 now. They still look newish. No noticeable wear. Fairly clean for New Hampshire winters. I do easy driving, not much stop and go and about 60 percent highway.

I got around to doing rotors and pads all the way around on my 2017 Ram 1500 QC 4x4, 3.6L last week at ~51K miles. The OEMs still had a decent amount of material on them. The rotors could have been resurfaced best I could tell, but the pads were hung up in the brackets badly, so the inside of the rotors were gouged and uneven.

I got my rotors and pads from an eBay outfit called APS. Rotors where white box no-names and the ceramic pads and hardware kits had Canadian labeling. I got everything for under $160 shipped and I couldn't believe how nice all the parts were. Perfect fitment.

Parking brake is still an issue. The mechanism that spreads the shoes out to engage the P-brake was rusted and looked like it was 20yrs/old. I freed it up as best I could and slathered it with brake grease. It's working for now.

That's a great deal on those brake parts. I better check on my e-brake, never used it so don't know.

Update, did the rear brakes today. Glad I took it apart. Passenger side, caliper must have been hanging up, one pad was worn very bad on a taper. Overall pads had about 3/32 left, the one pad tapered from 3/32 to basically almost metal.

Went with CARQUEST YH145365P rotors and PXD967H pads. There was a 22% discount coupon, purchased online, picked them up local. Caliper bolts were dry when I took it apart. Didn't have enough time tp paint the brackets and calipers today, I'll get it back apart in couple weeks and get everything painted.

PS. Emergency brake shoes looked good, even wear.

Did mine @86k and they still had some life left. Did rotor and pads, Ebrake was still good so still running the factory one, closing in on 110k.

The factory ones seem to last a ridiculous length of time. Has anybody replaced with new oe pads and rotors and had them last as long as the originals?
