Just checking what the clock spring MIL light looks like? Since I was replacing my dash today and getting ready for the heated steering wheel and heat/cool seats I thought I'd go ahead check my horn circuit and while I was at it I'd install the heated steering wheel clock spring(bought new/used from a member). Just to eliminate my steering wheel being the horn issue I also swapped in a new to me brown leather heated steering wheel. I verified the center of the clock spring was set the same as my non heated clock spring. After putting it back together I was pleased to once again have my TPMS working again and the top right display reads the outside temperature

The bummer part came when I turned the steering wheel to the left about one full turn CCW a dash warning light right next to the check engine light came on. It's not the traction control light but it has a truck with squiggly lines.
Is that indicative of a bad clock spring or is it the fact that the heated wheel is installed bu not fully wired up yet(CSWM falut?)? I'm hoping the later...
Does anybody know? Also for you guys that have upgraded the cluster do you have a Compass reading on the dash? I had a 5.0 radio & 3" cluster and the compass was displayed on the radio. I now have
(thank you dodgetk81) the 2013 7" cluster and 2016 8.4RA4 and no longer have the compass displayed anywhere I can find.
Anybody have information on either of these issues?
Thanks,
