Ok, I'm confused. The wiring diagram shows two different pinouts for the hood switch, one with wires going to the PCM (remote start) and one with the wires going to the BCM (anti-theft). Anti-theft uses wires at 5 and 6 at the front module connector, and the 'remote start' has wires at 25 and 30, on the same connector. This is for the 2014Screenshot (264).png

The wiring necessary goes to the BCM. I would disregard anything you currently have diagram wise and go off the info in this thread. I have a 2014 and used the info here to get mine working.

Fyi:
the wiring from the hood latch to the inline front-end connector under the PDC goes through either pins 5 & 6 on 1500 ( or 1 & 2 for 2500/3500) on the way to the PDC. (Ignore the start/ stop stuff)

Could be missing from the latch to the PDC and/or from PDC to BCM.

Thanks. My front end connector is wired for 5 and 6.
