Ok to get the fan blade off you need.
1) I 1/4 thick piece of flat bar with 2 holes drilled in it. About 2" apart
2) put 2 5/15 bolts threw those holes and blot them in place.

The pully behind the clutch can will have holes in it, about the same distance as your flat bar with the bolts in it.
Put your the flat bar with the bolts into those holes to hold the pully in place.
Get a very big cresent wrench and place it on the big nut behind the clutch fan blades.
This is left handed threads, and is very hard to remove.
I strongly recommend 2 people. One to hold the bar that's holding the pully, and 1 to try and unscrew the fan.
Hope this helps you out.

Spray some WD-40 or PB-Blaster on the nut the night before and get a steel pipe that fits over the crescent wrench handle to add leverage. I had no problems with the two I've done.

Question. I bought my truck used. It has an aftermarket warranty. Would this void it ?

The only way I could see it possibly voiding the warranty is if the fan breaks and you overheat your engine to the point of causing serious damage. I'd taken my truck into the dealer a few times for work and they never said anything so, shouldn't have to worry about it.
