2019 Longhorn 5.7L, recently purchased. I'm pretty much ready to pull the trigger and buy some tuning software, and install an unlocked PCM. I've kinda settled on HPTuners and I went to place an order for a bunch of stuff.... and guess what .... these is NO PHONE NUMBER available for any contact with them. To place an order, I had to fill out a 'Support Ticket' and wait for someone to call me back IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
I gotta be honest, this scares the heck out of me. I've NEVER seen a major company with no sales or tech support available by phone... NEVER.
How many folks here using HPTuners? Is this phone contact a big deal, or am I making too much out of it? I can completely understand why they would want to make it difficult for folks to get in touch, otherwise they'd be answering tuning calls 24/7/365....... but still, for sales, you'd think you could call and spend your money............ jeesh
