HydroBlue Color Match Intake Manifold & Stainless Steel Hardlines for Catch Can

Been working on this project for a little while. I did this to my Charger years ago, like 14 of them. I just like the look of it. There is no performance value for it.
I took a 5.7 manifold and took a grinder and Dremel to it over a few weekends to smooth out all of the ridges. Once I got it to a decent look. I gave it to my painter and had him make it better and then paint it to match.
I then found some polished Billet Technology fuel lines from a buddy that still had a set laying around and convinced him to part ways with them.
Once I had those two things completed, I had to ask a close friend of mine to make me some stainless steel hardlines for the BT catch can. That was not cheap!!! LOL

But I am so happy with the outcome of this. It is almost matching my Charger. I have a few more small touches to do, like adding a few small blue LED pods. Also removing all the red color under the hood...

Nice work!
A little cleanup on the hoses, etc will help the blue pop even more.
I use Mothers Back to Black on all the plastics including fenders, firewall, fan shroud, etc. and tire dressing on the hoses.

Jay Spencer/Pull Ya quit drooling,lol. Looks good MN,i don't have the patience to go that hard on detailing anymore. I prefer the sleeper look when the hoods open more these days,keep things i can hide hidden and the things i can't hide disguised to look like it was factory installed,lol

Is it just the camera pics, or did it get painted BlueStreak Pearlcoat vs. the Hydro blue?

They are actually very close - I had a Hydro blue grille and it was close to the blue streak but you can tell a difference.
The Hydro blue actually seems to change color with different lighting lol.

Yeah I have to start doing a little more cleaning and detailing the other stuff... like the AC hose, I am getting a Killer Glass for the top Rad hose... fan shround will be gone soon. I have the V6 fan but had no chance to put it on yet.

It might be the camera... it is pretty close and when it gets a little dirty... it might be a perfect match...

The AFE CAI came with a right angle piece... but I might be changing that out in the future... the hose not the intake.

Damn i mix Mothers Protectant and Mothers Black to Black 1:1 then cut the mix in half with water,lol.I use the **** like it's going out of style,so the water makes it a little more affordable,lol.I find if you spray it on the aluminium timing cover/water pump the solvent even keeps the aluminium from corroding and looking like crap after a year or 2.

Thank you... the fuel rails are from Billet Technology... they no longer make them though. I was lucky and a friend one last set... I have to beg them for them.. LOL
