Replaced engine with a used engine. Having problems with air fuel mix ratio on bank 2. I have already replaceed fuel pumpI have replaced fuel pump, oxygen sensors plugs coils. Still having issues with misfire. Can someone please guide me to a solution. Thanks.

What testing was done to diagnose the fuel pump, oxygen sensors, coils and plugs as bad?

I don't want to suggest the list of obvious tests, since they've likely already been done.

What specific codes are set? Is the misfire specific to a cylinder?

Does it happen to be p0219b, and a misfire code like p030x?

And make a ticking sound when it's idling?

The misfire are on the whole bank. Truck sat for about 6 months with fuel in tank so I wanted to change the fuel filter which is built in the pump. After I crank it it runs like a champ for a few minutes then starts with the misfire and sputtering. I have also changed the injector rail with the ones that come off original motor. I have checked compression on the bank. It ranges from 75psi to 125 psi. Could the head possibly be bad or did I just get a junk of a motor.

I can hear ticking sound but sounds like injectors ticking. I pulled the cam and lifters before install and everything looked to be ok.

75 to 125 psi is really, really bad.

Its so bad that I suspect you're measuring wrong, because I don't think the engine could even run if the compression was that low.

To measure the compression right, remove the air cleaner tube, hold the throttle blade fully open, and have a helper crank it in clear flood mode (hold the accelerator pedal to the floor). The goal is full air flow, but no spark or fuel. Clear flood mode will shut off the fuel and spark. ( In clear flood mode, Stop cranking and key-off BEFORE you release the gas pedal) Otherwise, the engine will start with your tester still hooked up. Practice it a time or two before you do the compression test.

Or with the key off, hold the throttle blade open and jump the starter relay. That works too.

Hopefully you measured the compression wrong. Measure a cylinder on the opposite bank for comparison.

Any chance you just got some water in the fuel? Perhaps pull the fuel line connector and key-on to pump the old fuel into a container. Check for water or contamination

They said a 2020 with 80000miles
You may need to move your sensors such as crank cam sensors ECT from your old engine also use the old intake manifold. Any idea if it was from a 2020 classic or a 5th gen ? It also wouldnt hurt to run a compression test on that bank.

When replacing an entire engine things get moved around, especially wiring harnesses. If you've lost an entire bank of fuel injectors I would suspect a bad connection.

As to the compression test, those numbers are pretty low. Make sure you're testing it correctly: remove one spark plug from each cylinder, keep the throttle plate wide open, and remove the Fuel Pump fuse.

I missed this that compression is no good re check make sure you tester is good.
