so i bought my 07 ram last year, it came with some oversized procomp tires on it, when i turn the wheel to the left or right the tire rubs on my upper control arm, also in the rear there is about a finger width between my tire and fender well on the side.
when i turn theres no problem, when i straighten the wheel back out theres some bumping noises coming from under there, i looked at it and nothings loose that i found,

My question is, what would you guys do in this situation? Is it my fault these tires are hurting my baby? i didnt ask for these tires nor did i realize they were causing an issue until now. Would you ask for stock replacements? i know wheel spacers would fix it but i think there would be room for a potential disaster with those.

Any Ideas?

Did you buy it from a dealer? If so a year is kinda out of the question. I recommend having someone else drive it slowly doing the manuevers you described while you walk behind to see maybe you can pinpoint the issue. What size are the tires? If you see any wear spots let us know.

For the bumping, crawl underneath and do some grabbing and tugging on things to see if they move around a bit. Check your exhaust to see that it is hung securly. Check your suspension for play. Check to see if your spare tire (or spare tire hanger if no tire present) is cranked up completely and securely.

For the rubbing, I think you are either going to have to go with spacers or different offset wheels.

If it's covered, take it back to the dealer for a better replacement or go bone stock until you figure out what you want.
