you must have had to drill a hole for the wiring through the roof eh? Looks awesome. Im' still debating between roof mounted or bumper mounted lights

The wire runs under the windshield rubber frame (glass side) and down to where it's not visible. Then it goes inside. If there is a drip of water that follws the cable it will be in the windshield channel and fall down in the door jam but shouldn't get the inside of the rig wet.

Im quite happy with it,

$220 for the LED Bar

All the guys that bought the 42" curved off ebay, have you had any issues with moisture, or burnt out LEDs?

Curves perfectly with the bumper.

I need to know asap if you cut the braces behind the bezel from the top to bottom of the bumper or not??? Or did you just put the light bar up against the braces after taking the bezel out? Please let me know asap? TIA

i didnt cut any braces. i had to on my old 2012. this one sits right in there. i took out the plastic bezel. set the light bar where i wanted it and made some brackets then messured and trimmed the bezel to fit around the light bar.

I think my lightbar is a bit larger than yours. Mine goes from edge to edge pretty much...there was no room left to put any part o the bezel back in. I don't mind...I kinda like that even better.

2013's have a larger opening.
I'm surprised you were able to fit the 42"

Thinking of getting a 49" bar to fill the entire opening of my 14 sport bumper. The ones on ebay say 49 hole to hole which looks like it can fit with minimal trimming. Can anybody tell me the measurement on front and back without brackets on a 49" curved

It's 45" including the brackets....42" light itself. There's no way to fit a 49" one in there...i checked tonight.

So your bar is a 42"? or a 45"? I think only the lighting surface is the size...

Like a 42" TV is the size of the viewing area, and not called a 45" because it includes the bevel.
