Instrument Cluster?

2016 Ram 1500 4x4 5.7. I have a Premium DID cluster. The flickering display is driving me nuts. I’ve done everything I know to do. Am considering switching to the Midline EVIC style due to cost of the Premium. Will they just swap out? Where’s the best source to find one?

Miles and hours will not carry over but cluster will work. Would recomemend ordering one off ebay with correct info.

Correct info ? Do you mean like the one I have now? I want to be able to transfer mileage.

There is a Federal Law
If you change odometers & the mileage is less than what the actual mileage is, the has to be something like a Notarized Paper stating the reason for the change.

That is to deter ppl from lowering the mileage to sell a vehicle for more than its actual value

I want to be able to change to the non fluff cluster and transfer the exact info that’s on mine now. I thought the dealer could do that with an Alpha OBD.

Just checking to see if anyone has found a fix for the flickering instrument cluster? Mine went for the night time setting to the daylight setting. Soft reset helped for a bit. Seems to be worse in cold weather. Mine is the Premium cluster. 2016 Ram 4x4 5.7.

All fuses pushed in all the way? Seems like they can become loose…
I just went through this with my 2016 Rebel. See the thread below. This issue has been going on for years with the Rams.

I had the same flickering on my cluster and the dealer did an update to the cluster and fixed it. The flickering only happened on the dimmest setting and seemed worse when it was cold.
