Interchangeable Parts for 1983 Dodge Power Ram (1 ton)

I just picked up a stripped out, vandalized 1983 Dodge Power Ram 1 ton and I am curious what year(s) would be interchangeable with it for parts.

Does anyone know? Thanks, in advance.

Depends. 81-91ish is a good target. Still, variations in grille, and interior nuances every few years.

that gen went up to 1993. however some of the hard parts (not body panels) will interchange all the way back to 1972.
