Intermittent return to 'home position' of side view mirror after coming out of park.

Ever since truck was new the passenger side mirror has been intermittently not returned when coming out of park. Of course it was fine when I returned to the dealer. They said there was a 'mark' on the plastic & therefore noted it was not covered by warranty. Here it is 3 years later & the issue continues. Another dealer claimed they upgraded the firmware but they also told me that for a steering wheel groan so I know they are lieing.
