IPOD classic and Repeat

I'm currently using an iPod Classic with an 8.4A stereo in a 2016 Big Horn Quad Cab. When playing an album at the end the album repeats. I've set the "repeat" option on the iPod to off but as soon as an album starts playing on the stereo it changes the repeat option to "all". Anyone know if there's a fix for this?

thats the way it works. your album is essentially a playlist. when it reaches the end of a playlist, it starts over. you either have to play another album, playlist, artist, etc manually. the repeat function only applies to individual songs.
