On cool feature I really like on the wifey Chrysler 300 is the keyless ignition.
If you have the key fob in your pocket you are good to go, just press START.

What would it take to upgrade my 14 RAM Express for this feature?

I already AlfaOBD and the OBDMX+ interface.

There is a full thread on it in the 4th Gen DIY section by @Jimmy07. You will need to build a harness plus buy new fobs, new RF hub, new push button switch, two interior antennas. If you also want proximity entry you will need to also buy two door antennas plus two new front door handles. It's an awesome mod and one of the favorites mods I've done. I highly recommend it.
