I finally got around to installing my killerglass. I haven't done the lights yet because the ones that came with it don't give me the look I'm going for so I have been fabbing a channel bracket to inlay some led strips. Whatcha think?

First off, I think your engine is a lot cleaner than mine haha. I can actually see your air filter haha. Mine...not so much because of all the dust I have in my driveway. Secondly, that red tube thing looks cool. What is it? Haha

It is my radiator hose. The orange/red you see in the coolant flowing through it.

Went the a local automotive paint shop and gave them the paint code and they put it in an aerosol can for me. Scuffed, cleaned, painted then cleared.

When I contacted killerglass they told me they weren't making a setup for the ram, did you get a custom one done or it a kit for sale now? I had to go another route and I'm too far into it to change, but that's quite annoying that they're making one now when I was told they wouldn't.

They are making one but this is different than the one they offer. The one they have for the ram (if you're standing in front looking at the engine bay) is offset to the left and has a 90 degree bend. I worked with them and they agreed to make this one for me since I wanted a more centered look. It's 20" straight with 18" exposed.

If I'm not mistaken, previously it was questioned whether or not this product will hold up to heat, vibrations, etc. Do let us know how it holds up since this is a somewhat common sight in the tuner world for shows, but I never hear reviews from those that actively use their vehicle with it. I've been wanting these for a while lol...

These things are damned near indestructible. This is a very popular mod on the LX side and many of the cars these are on are very high hp cars and daily drivers. 2 local club members have them and drive them year-round with never an issues. The one guy bought his used from another club member who wrote his charger off a few days after installing his supercharger and smacking into the back half of a truck making an illegal left... and the glass came away with just a scratch.

Go on YouTube and search "killerglass destruction test" I think it is. Shows a guy hammering in a nail with one and then laying it on the ground and letting a truck drive over it.....no breaks.

Yes, I've seen the tests and known about the product for quite some time, just never heard real feedback not generated by the company. Good to hear the tuner community actually running them safely Perhaps I missed it, but how much did it run you cost-wise?

For the one I got which is 20" straight was 165 incl shipping. The one specifically for our trucks was 199 plus shipping
