Leak in air conditioning, water from "hole" in plastic housing.

Purchased a 2020 Ram crew cab 1500 classic. Recently temperature increased outside and I'm using the air conditioning instead of rolling the window down. This started a bad rotten smell as the truck is parked. I located a leak on the floor of the front passenger seat. I then found a "hole" just as the condensor housing turned to go to the drain. I'll try to post a low res video if possible. Is there a good, workable fix for this curved location. I know first answer will be go back to the dealer but the dealer is in Southern New Jersey and I'm now in North Carolina. So the gasoline and missed work will be a high cost to go that route. I tried posting a 3GP (text message video) but it would not load.

If you have water leaking into the cab, turn the front wheel hard to the left, makes it easier to get to the condensate drain which is right above frame rail. Check that if it's plugged.

You should be able to go to any RAM dealer for warranty work ! You fix could turn out to be expensive
The water on the floor could be a plugged AC drain

If you can gain access to the hole. you can apply some sealant to it.... only if it is clean and dry.

Wondering if there has been any update or if others have had the same experience? Mine hasn't gotten bad enough to cause a bad smell in my truck. After running the AC (which is nearly all the time in TX) I see a little clean water dripping from some odd places under passenger door. Also noticed wet carpet under floor mat on passenger side. I've ruled out trash in the cowling vents and plugged vent tube in firewall as others have suggested. I already added a length of 5/8" heater hose to vent tube in firewall to pull condensate away and down below frame rail. I'm pretty certain that the culprit is a small hole in the plastic condenser housing - just as mentioned here - where the condensor housing turns to go to the drain. I tried sealing it with some Gorilla duct tape and that helps but not certain the problem is completely eliminated. I also just replaced the very dirty cabin air filter to insure the air flow is as good as can be.

Same issue here. I confirmed the drain on the firewall is clear with an inspection mirror. The leak is coming coming from the interior plastic housing from a hole that I am suspecting a mouse chewed in the housing. This hole is right in the channel the condensate is supposed to flow thru to make it to the drain fitting in the fire wall. I just don’t see how this hole is supposed to be there when it makes it impossible for water to flow thru the channel to the drain. Headed to dealership on Monday.

My 2019 1500 has the same hole. sounds like a factory/design issue.
