I noticed recently that in inclement weather the seals around the drivers side back window and drivers side back door leak a small amount. The truck is a 2011, so I'm a little irritated that more than one seal has failed so soon. Is this a common trait? Is there a easy fix, or anything less labor intensive than removing the windows and replacing the seals?

It does have a lifetime unlimited mileage warranty, it only covers the power train though. I'll swing by the dealership regardless, if I complain enough maybe they'll fix it for free anyways. Glad to know I'm not the only one with crappy seals!

If you mean the Lifetime Warranty you paid extra for, then it is covered. It covers everything but fluids, brakes, batteries and tires.

The bumper to bumper is 3/36 and 5/100 for the power train on 2011

If he has a purchased extended warranty it is def worth a try to get it fixed under that

I didn't realize the coverage was that extensive. The warranty was an incentive so I never really took the time to read the paperwork in depth. You're all absolutely right though, getting it fixed next week with no hassles.

my Drivers side back door leaks very slightly sometimes also. I see a couple droplets on the back seat after a soaking rain. Does not leak during normal washes. I have not delt with it yet.
