I did some trail off roading last weekend and ran over a rock that was sticking out of a sandy wash area before I could see it and bottomed out the driver side suspension pretty good. enough that my head hit the roof. Now my truck is leaning to the driver side about an inch to inch and half. I had the truck realigned so I didn't bend the axle. If I blew or damaged the shock, would that make the coil spring sag a little more?

That axle does not look like it's sitting straight. The right side is pushed forward more than the left. Check your control arms, and brackets. Check the control arm, frame mounts as well.

If it's sitting lower, something is bent...and if it is bent, how is the alignment good ??

No, the shock will not change height, unless it is an air shock or strut. Shocks do not support weight, they just dampen the spring as it cycles.

I haven’t had the frame checked yet because all the shops around here want $85 and hr with minimum of 4 hrs, so much hat will be last resort.

I’ve been told highly unlikely the frame, that th axle would have bent first, which its not, nor the wheel, but if it is twisted, and since I hit pumpkin size rock on driver side that could explain lean, but I would then no if the frame is twisted from that the driver side coil wouldn’t be and inch more compressed, right? I guess my next item to check will be the coil spring itself.

I once spun the axle tube in the housing, which caused the same affect......and no, the axle housing wasn't bent, one side was simply shifted/rotated in relation to the other.

And it didn't really make 1 side lower as much as it did raise 1 side higher.
