Hoping someone can shed some light on no pun intended. I have a 2018 ram 1500 and installed the sealight LED’s well didn’t work well needed resistors that I didn’t have. So I took them out and reinstalled the halogens well driver side works passenger does not high or low. Parking light does work but interesting enough the blinker flashes the low beam lol
Not sure if anyone has come across this or not. I started to think maybe pinched wires reinstalling. Have not checked yet.

Have you tried swapping bulbs to see if it works ?
In the socket see if any pins are pushed back !
Did you test socket with meter ?
That's all I can think of

Sounds like a short. You may want to fiddle with the ones on that side with the headlight uninstalled and move things around to isolate it.
