Led tail light question

I got a pair of led tail lights off eBay about a year ago and all of the sudden it's saying that my rear right tail light is out. All of the bulbs seem to be working so I don't know why it's saying my light is out. Any ideas anyone?

You may need resistors.... I know i got lucky and didnt need them, but all of sudden one day I did.... Put them in, and havent had a problem since.

I thought these lights had resisters built in them. What kind of problems were you having with your lights?

Flickering, going out for periods of time and then all of a sudden working again....

Huh! Haven't had any of those problems so far. I only get hyper flashing when I put on my turn signal because it thinks it's out for some reason. It could be a resister
